TheatreStack is all-in-one management software for UK amateur, community, and youth theatre societies. Membership, committee work, productions, rehearsals, auditions, safeguarding, communications, and ticketing insight — together in one place instead of scattered across spreadsheets, group chats, and email chains.

Why TheatreStack exists

Amateur theatre runs on volunteers, and too many volunteer hours disappear into admin: copying member lists between spreadsheets, chasing availability in group chats, and rebuilding the same production paperwork every season. TheatreStack started as a way to give those hours back to the part everyone actually signed up for — making theatre.

How it works

Every society starts with Core and adds only the Stacks it needs — Compliance, Backstage, Insights, Audience, Auditions, and Fundraising — so a small drama group and a busy musical theatre society can both pay for exactly what they use. There is no per-member billing and no limit on past seasons.

Our commitments

We are UK-based and built for UK GDPR: role-based access, audit trails, and encrypted sensitive data, with safeguarding workflows designed for societies that work with children. Your data stays yours — you can export it and leave at any time.
